Mandated Hotel Buyers: If you are a Mandated Hotel Buyer's Agent who is in direct contact with a Hotel buyer / Hotel Buyers, or if you are in fact a hotel buyer yourself looking for hotel investment opportunities then we can help you. We would also like to hear from you if you are in direct contact with a mandated hotel buyer or are in contact with a buyer but are not specifically mandated. We are based in London and have a strong database of hotels for sale in London, the UK and Europe. We don't usually get involved in transactions outside of Europe, but if you have a specific requirement it is always worth enquiring with us as we do have access to other opportunities from time to time. At the time of writing we have access to a large number of hotels in the USA for example. The hotels for sale on our books are always either with a direct mandate from the seller or with a maximum of one other broker in the chain.
