If you are a Mandated Hotel Broker in direct contact with a Hotel owner, or if you are in fact a Hotel owner yourself with a hotel for sale / hotels for sale then we can help you quickly, efficiently and discretely sell your hotel or portfolio.

We work exclusively on off market hotel sales where we deal directly with the hotel owner or their mandated broker.  We have a database of buyers that we are directly in contact with, or at worst are working with in conjunction with another broker.  Forget dealing with broker chains of 6 or 7 people it will be you and us only, or possibly one other party involved at the most.  This means short chains, speed and discretion.

We are based in London and have a strong database of buyers looking for hotels for sale in London, the UK and Europe.  We don't usually get involved in transactions outside of Europe, but if you have an opportunity and are direct with the seller, or are the seller yourself then we will consider the opportunity and may well be able to find you a buyer. 

Information we will need from you to move forward will be:

• Hotel Name

• Hotel Location

• Number of Rooms

• Star Rating

• Price

• Yield

• Brand (if any)

• Management contract (if any)

• Your role (Owner, Mandated Vendor's Agent, Broker)

• Timescales

Clearly we will sign any Non Disclosure Agreements etc with you as necessary.

We are particularly interested in Hotels for Sale in London and the UK in general, but we also want to hear from you for opportunities further away where you have direct contact with the vendor.

We are currently working with a strong database of hotel buyers who are looking to purchase hotels, some of who we are direct with, and the balance of which we are no more than 1 intermediary away from.  As such, we are not only able to match you to buyers, but are able to do so quickly and efficiently.
