We are brokers in Hotel Sales and have a number of available off market hotels to buy.  As a dedicated Hotel Brokerage we understand that in many cases in commercial property transactions vendors look to find discrete ways of disposing of their assets. 

We only broker deals 'off market' ie we only get involved where a hotel is not for sale through the normal public methods.

We have a customer base of investor and operator clients looking for hotels and we have vendors with hotels for sale on our books.

No information is ever sent out to general mailing lists and confidentiality agreements are always put in place before we reveal any details of a transaction.
